Wow, well hello again. Today is day 2, yay me. I totally messed up my schedule and did yoga in the middle of the afternoon and meditated just now, but hey, I didn't miss a day. And really, the lack of a stable schedule is only making it more urgent for me to create and maintain a schedule for myself. Tomorrow, up at 8 no excuses.
I have to say, my hamstrings and hips were quite tight today from yesturday's yoga. So today it felt great to use and restretch those muscles. Ahhh feeling good! My meditation practice went well although I was startled out of my calmness by the need to cough and found my body just buzzing... feeeling like one big ball of vibrations.
